Our trusted building guardian is José, known warmly as Zé, pronounced like Zay. Zé can generally be found in the building on weekdays. He is honest and kind, and speaks French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, and conversational English.

Zé can assist with settling into the apartment, facility questions, and emergency needs. A tip for any special personalized services is appreciated.

Standard check-in is between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, and checkout is at 10:00 AM. If you arrive early before noon, you are welcome to leave your luggage neatly on the private landing of your floor.

If you have a late evening flight or are taking an excursion outside Paris and returning later, complimentary secure luggage storage is available on-site through Zé.
